CST – India was established to do the following:
- Be a centre of excellence on sustainable transport advice and support;
- Influence policies that improve the quality of public transportation and active transport with a special attention to the needs of low income populations;
- Manage the complex task of transforming cities mobility systems by nurturing relationships with local stakeholders.
