Jeremy joins EMBARQ as an intern assisting on the Low Carbon Public Transport Mobility Solutions for Rapidly Growing Indian Cities project.

His interest in transportation solutions for developing urban regions has previously brought him to Lima, Peru, where he analyzed the informal transportation sector, and Beijing, China, where he worked with the Chinese Academy of Urban Planning and Design, China's national urban design bureau, to develop strategies for increasing livability and sustainability in local planning efforts. Jeremy‘s professional experience also includes public policy and communications management for a member of the United States House of Representatives, where he spent two and half years managing media relations and crafting legislative policy on issues related to water supply, freight movement, and mental health care.

Jeremy holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Urban Studies from the University of California at San Diego, and a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
